 Processing Time Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during high order volume, holidays, launches, and special events.

 Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and shipping selection.

 Tracking Information Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package’s journey

  Delivery Delays Sweet Sugar Scoops is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier-related issues once packages are in transit.

 Incorrect Addresses Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

 Lost or Stolen Packages Sweet Sugar Scoops is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
